Meet Madison.
Scholar. Leader. Philanthropist.
Madison Marsh was Miss America 2024 and a nationally recognized advocate and public servant committed to transforming cancer care for underserved communities. A Truman Scholar and two-time Astronaut Scholar, she graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a degree in physics and was named a Rhodes finalist. Madison has conducted research with NASA and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, focusing on AI and pancreatic cancer. In honor of her late mother, she founded a nonprofit to improve cancer outcomes in rural areas. Now pursuing her Master in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, she continues to champion equitable cancer care and research across the nation.

" Marsh is every bit as inspirational and articulate as she is in her public media appearances but she really left an impact with how she connected an entire room of students ranging from prospective undergraduates and ROTC cadets to veterans through sharing how she realistically overcame challenges we all face- of doubt, grief and stress."
